Board in a Box

Board in a Box is an advisory board service focused on providing independent counsel to private companies who understand the value of having a dedicated multi-disciplined resource with years of hands on and successful senior executive experience.

The service is structured around a minimum 12-month engagement during which AREC professionals will begin the process of delving into the client’s business to achieve a deep understanding of its organization structure, operating methods, financial condition, challenges, plans and growth objectives. In collaboration with the client, AREC will assess the client’s strategies to recommend changes for optimizing future growth in a written report.

AREC professionals will be available for ad hoc consultation and attend four quarterly meetings at the client’s place of business to review performance relative to the mutually agreed upon plans and key performance indicators recommended in the initial AREC assessment report. The client agrees to produce a quarterly reporting package in advance of the quarterly in-person meetings.

At the end of 12 months we will conclude the engagement with a progress review to help the client drive its business with improved clarity and intention.
